Suddenly I woke up, everything was blurry, light could barely get into my eyes. I tried to look up but the most I could catch were the first two numbers and the colour of the car. I couldn't feel my left arm, but that didn't mind I hardly stood up and instantly realized my right leg was spurting blood out like a geyser but I managed to walk a few meters before falling. Unfortunately, Claire could not say the same thing, she was lying face down in the sidewalk, leaving a blood pool around her. I was getting dizzy, I had to take care of my leg but I was paralysed looking at Claire, I couldn't believe it, we were filled with joy and laughter a few seconds ago and I couldn't make my mind that I won't see her again. It was Friday, like any other Friday, or at least I thought it was. I woke up as usually at 7:30 a.m, I had a shower and I went downstairs for breakfast. While I was going downstairs I heard my mom talking with another lady, in a start I didn't know who was she, but then i recognised my cousin’s voice. Once in the kitchen I remembered that she was going to stay home for the following 4 days while her house was getting paint. Laura I had totally forgotten, and I had to collect and clean my whole room, because it was mess. Once it was neat, I ran to take the bus to school and left my cousin alone at home. She told us she was ill and so she stayed there while my mother went to work. My father was in Mexico since wednesday. When I came back home, she was in the sofa watching TV.
