The 20th of March 2001 everything changed in my life.

As always I was with my friends getting drunk in a abandoned hospital. We were not scared about getting caught by the police as our families were powerful and had a lot of money. If the police came, we would just have to say our surnames and they will leave us there even though we were under aged. That day, my friends Mery and Luca decided to drug themselves and convinced me to do it too although at first i didn't want to. By Moe

They took out from their pocket three pills, each one had a different shape and color, the pill they gave to me had the shape of a crown and it was yellow, I will never be able to forget it. They explained me what to do with the pill and how I was supposed to eat it, so I did it. At first I didn’t feel anything, they told me that we had to wait an hour to feel the effect. After an hour of drinking, laughing and playing stupid games it finally took effect. By Roxana 

I do not remember anything of what happened after that moment, all I know was that I woke up in a stranger's bed. I did not know where I was, nor how I ended up here, what I did know was that I did not have my phone, nor my wallet, and, most importantly, nor my clothes. I registered myself, looking for bruises, or any clue that could help me to reconstruct what happened last night. Not any at all. So I decided to look for my clothes. The room had a queen size bed, covered with linen of the 19th century. The carpet was full of spots of substances I wasn't about to find out. A very old brownish wardrobe at the side, and a desk full of papers in front of an old window. As I was really scared, I tried to figure out a way to get out of there. I saw an old window and I put on the coat, and got out the window. I looked around just to see where I was. It was a partially abandoned shantytown, and I was too scared to ask where I was, I just saw some gypsies talking in some language I couldn’t recognize. I saw the sea, and I started running in parallel to it, but it wasn’t the sea I used to see in my village in Essex. Finally, I reached a seaport. There, I saw two fishermen. He asked me where I was from, and told the other one “How does a “geeree” (or some weird word like that) come from Can Tunis? By Miguel de Perosanz 

Rapidly, they called the police, because they didn’t know what happened to me and they didn’t talk english. The police was shocked, because they discovered who my father was, he was Larsson, the famous player of FC Barcelona, the one who played the year before in Manchester United, but as they won the Premier league, he moved to Barcelona because for him was a challenge, but we did not leave Essex because I had to finish school there. I did not sleep that night. I had to pay to the fishermen one hundred euros for them to keep silence, because if my father found out that I came from a place like Can Tunis I would have been punished for a lot of time. My dad started to make questions, and I started to invent ridiculous answer, that obviously, he did not believe. Until he asked me a question for which I had no response. By Gonzalo Quintanilla

“Where is Messi Chiquito?”. At first I didn’t believe he was asking me that. I said that I didn’t know what he was talking about but he insisted: “Don’t play me dumb. Where is he?” I had heard about a legendary being from another galaxy called Messi Chiquito, but I thought it was just a bedtime story for the kids like the boogeyman or the Sapopeta. Due to my father’s questions I saw myself obliged to make up a story. First I told him I remembered seeing Messi Chiquito in a party. He kept shouting me because I went to a party and I was relieved because that bought me time to make up my story. Eventually, he stopped screaming and invited me to continue. Manuel Ruiz 

After a long talk with my father he knew I wasn't going to say much so he stopped asking. After the talk with my father I called my friend Mery to ask her if she remembers something from last night. I called and called but she didn’t answer, I didn't panic because she never answers the phone. Then I called Luca, he answered, and no one would believed what he told me. Elisa

As Luca was telling me what had happened that night, both my mind and my body started to remember. There came a moment when I couldn’t even hear what he was telling me anymore. My ears were buzzing and I started shouting. I felt to my knees in the middle of the room, bawling my eyes out. How could I had been so naive. I now regretted all of the decisions I had taken that night, as my chest hurt with guilt. Jacobo 

When the call was over, I was in shock. I didn't want to believe what Luca told me so I started calling Mery with the hope of him being wrong as result of the drugs and the alcohol.

After half an hour, probably the worst of my life, Mery called me and before I could ask her my question, she started to tell me what happened last night, or at least what she remembered. Laura 

"At first, we were chilling in the hospital", she said. "But later you started to freak out and you disappeared for a moment. When you came back, you were holding a syringe which we supposed you tried to inject in your veins." I searched through my whole body and I found a little dot in my arm. So that was true. Before she could continue speaking, I asked her if she knew something about Messi Chiquito. "Well…" she started saying with a trembling voice, "when we looked in the syringe, it was apparently full before you injected in, and there was a little placard which said MessiChiquitovid-19". What the fuck did that mean?! I was terrified. Javier Vallejo

The moment she heard MessiChiquitovid-19 she started freaking out. What her dad told about the power this virus could do was insane, it could even make the whole galaxy disappear if it was a really big dose. She needed to go back to the abandoned hospital to look for the syringe and destroy any type of proof that she took it because if someone found it she would get in a lot of trouble, and maybe the state would retire from his dad the Champions League Cup from 2006.

I ran and ran with bated breath. My legs were shaking. If I do not find that syringe I would be in a big trouble.

I arrived there, and to my surprise, in the facade of the hospital some paintings made with blood appeared. I could not believe what my eyes were seeing. A group of vandals had written: “WHO HAS FOUND MESSICHIQUITOVID-19  WILL BE DEAD”. At that moment I heard a motorcycle coming to me. Nicolás Bagur

The motorcycle stopped in front of me and the one who was driving told me to go up and run.  I don't know why I listened to him and went up. He quickly led me to the top of a mountain. Then we stopped and took off the helmet. I almost had a heart attack. It was him, Messi. He seemed scared but I didn't know if it was for me or for him. He started asking me what I was going to do at the hospital and if I knew something about the syringe. Ana Baños

He started asking a lot of questions, but I could not pay attention for what he was saying, as I was still shocked for all that happened during that 24 hour time span. After minutes of asking without a response, he shouted at me and told me that all of this was a very serious and bizarre government project, in which they tried to eradicate the elderly population, and, that I was the key to finding a cure for that virus. And, for the wall paintings, they were made by hospital personnel to scare me, so that I would not dare to go out. Carlo Cabrera

Messi, who was a lot shorter than I thought he'd be, had gained my trust by that point. I didn't feel threatened by him, and he truly seemed to be trying to help. So I told him everything I'd found out from Mery and Luca. He paid close attention to everything I said, nodding constantly and asking me questions. Finally, I told him what happened the morning after, how I'd woken up naked in a stranger's bed. His eyes widened and he went silent, though he was taping his foot nervously. He told me that we needed to find the person I'd slept with right away, or the consequences would be dire. Alexa C

He explained me what that virus effects were. Then I understood why Messi was that short, that virus made everyone that had it turn more and more chiquito until they disappeared- That was at least the original plan of the government so they could make elder people disappear without anyone knowing how, they wanted it to just affect old people but they lost the control of  it and not only started to affect everyone but everything, anything that was in contact with any type of fluid coming from a person with the MessiChiquitovid-19 will disappear with enough time given. He also told me that he was elected to be the tester for the creation samples of the virus because of its relationship with Messi Chiquito, the mythological creature. The whole universe was in danger of disappearing. -Stefan

We decided to travel to Can Tunis. He would help me find the person that I had slept up with. Very likely, I transmitted the MessiChiquitovid-19, and that person could infect many other people. I felt super guilty because the foolishness I committed could end up in a tragedy, if not local, global. Once we arrived in Can Tunis We also decided that we shouldn't cover our hands or mouths because that would draw a lot of attention towards us but we did keep a social distance to avoid infecting more people. We finally arrived at the stranger's home but there was no one in it, only the gardener, so we asked him where the person I had slept with was. He told us that Myke (the name of that person) had to travel to New York due to business reasons and that he would come back after one week. I could not wait that much time, so we asked him if he knew where Myke was going to stay during this week in New York. As soon as the gardener told us that Myke was going to stay in the "Four Seasons Hotel" we took Messi's private jet and we traveled to NY in order to find him. José 

After several hours of flight, finally we arrived to NY and went faster to the hotel where Myke was. It happened the same as in his house, he was not there, so we asked the receptionists and they told us he was in the jacuzzi, we went faster to the spa were the jacuzzi was located and we found him with two girls in each side of him, he was a totally flirter. 

The afternoon disappeared after we told him all we knew, now we had another allied that was very powerful, and he also did not wanted the people to knew that he had the MessiChiquitovid-19. -Hugo

As we couldn't get help of the government because they were the main creators of this virus, Messi contacted with the founders of UEFA and Champions and after telling them the situation they also joined us, including the best players of football, such as Golasso Maradona and more. We started to prepare a plan in order to isolate the virus and remove it from the world. Furthermore, my one night mess, also called Tupo John, contacted with very important and rich businessmen that will also help us. -Pablo

Everyone who was involved in this global problem isolated themselves in a little house in the outside of NY, from my father, to the founders of the UEFA. Fortunately one of John's business partners knew a very famous doctor called Addison Montgomery, who despite the risk volunteered to help looking for the vaccine to end up with the virus.

I think we owe Dr. Montgomery our life because if it weren't for him right now we wouldn't be here. It was a hard few months of work, but thank God, the government didn't know what we were dealing with and weren't able to boycott us. The isolation was effective and without anyone noticing we found the vaccine and used it for all of us. However we knew that wasn't enough to be free from danger, we were lucky to have very powerful people involucrated, who were in charge of introducing this new vaccine as a mandatory one in the health system, so that everyone received it just in case. So yes guys, thanks to everything I caused, I met Dr. Montgomery. He was so handsome and good-looking, the project and the amount of hours we worked together joined us. We both fell in love. When everything was over and we were out of danger, we decided to get married. And that is the story about how I met your father. By Sofía
