MIGUEL'S

Miguel de Perosanz: Today is a beautiful day of spring in the small town, just 50 kilometres north of Edinburgh. The refreshing wind of the morning shakes the flowers in the park, those flowers that don’t leave anyone indifferent with their astonishing variety of colours. The sprinklings of water that emanate from the blue fountain reflect the sun, forming a beautiful rainbow that attracts her attention. There lays a girl, wearing a skirt… Wait a moment, I just forgot where we are, it’s a boy!

Gonzalo Quintanilla: He is called William, and has a long story behind him. He is not really scottish, he is adopted, he arrived to Scotland when he was 5 years old, so he does not remember his old life in Germany at all, although he has some flashbacks because he had a really harsh childhood, those flashbacks are usually while he is sleeping, and appear as nightmares.

Andrés Rodríguez: All those nightmares are pretty similar. A tall SS soldier is chasing him and he’s running. It seems like he is safe but suddenly the soldier knocks him out. William wakes up in Auschwitz. There, nazi soldiers force him to box against other prisoners. He always loses, so he is taken to a gas chamber. When this is going to be activated, he wakes up and jumps out of bed with a racing heart, realizing it wasn’t real, although it looked like it was.

Manuel Ruiz: All these nightmares make him a troubled kid who some days, when he has not dreamt a lot, is a friendly boy and helps at home with everything his parents tell him. But when those dreams come he is evasive, sad and sometimes aggressive. His parents don't really know what to do on these occasions so they just leave him alone. Not knowing that william needs attention when he feels like this and may do something he regrets forever.

Elisa Sánchez: After several months having daily nightmares, William started doing weird things, his parents, really worried about him, called a psychiatrist and explained them that their son claimed to have lived in Germany in the times where Hitler was ruling, but even though he was originally from Germany he was borned in the 2000’s so that was completely impossible. The weird thing about all of this, is that William could explain perfectly every detail of the history of Germany in those days so his parents and their psychiatrist got more and more worried.

Jacobo Serret: Several days after, the psychiatrist brought a boy with him. His name was Arlo, and he was more or less the same age as William. The psychiatrist explained to him that Arlo had the same problem, and he wanted them to be together so he could study both at the same time. Therefore, the two of them spent their days together starting a beautiful friendship. However, after some time, inside William’s heart started to spring a different feeling. At first he thought that he was insane and wrong, nevertheless as he spent more and more time with Arlo, he realised that this feeling was love, but he wasn’t sure if he would be accepted by his dear friend. What he didn't know was that Arlo actually felt the same for William.

Laura Tapia:This feeling was growing inside William but he didn’t know what to do about it, because for the first time, he had found a friend who understood his situation and all the weird dreams he had been having during all that time. But their relationship turned over when in one of his nightmares, William saw, or thought the saw Arlo in Germany in the times where Hitler was ruling.

Javier Vallejo: This surprised William so he decided to tell Arlo, but that wasn't necessary; Arlo had seen him too during his nightmare. They both coincide that they must look for each other in the next dream. They didn't have to wait a lot until that happened, and in 2 or 3 days from that night they found themselves again. But they weren't both prisoners from Auschwitz. Arlo was a German soldier who was supposed to torture him. Instead of that, they escape outside where they both have an intimate moment of love. The whole dream finishes when they caught them, and suddenly wake up. After this happened, they didn't see each other for a couple of days, but they still met in their dreams, where they escape from the concentration camp and make love until they finally caught them.

Sergio Vara: Some of the German soldiers didn't think it was a big problem but Hitler didn't think the same way. Hitler saw it as and act of maximum disloyalty and impurity because of the fact of being gay so he didn't think twice and he sent them both to the gas chambers. They weren't stressed because they knew it was a dream and they would not die but this time was different. They both got knocked out few seconds after the gas chambers were open. The effect the gas chambers did on them mixed with their special ability made them travel to another dimension where only people with this ability lived. Once they got there they were shocked because of the amount of people that felt the same way as them.

Nicolás Bagur: That had never happened to them, though, this time, it was not their fault. The psychiatrist put some narcotic substances whilst they were dinning. Drugs combined with their disorder produced them to fly to another different dimension of the Universe. The psychologist, ‎Julius Schreck, ( one of the founders of SS) who had travelled in time, already knew that they inside their dream Hitler appeared, and if he let them continue dreaming with that, all the truth about nazism and WWII would appear to them and consequently he would have to kill them. He faked to be a psychiatrist in order to maintain the truth hidden. However, where the both kids travelled to?

Ana Baños: The two children were at a train station that seemed to have existed for years. The people who were there were sitting looking at nothing as if they were hypnotized. Arlo approached an old woman and asked her where they were, to which she replied that in 5 minutes her train would pass. The two children began to look for a sign or something in which they put information about the trains that would pass and where they would go, but they found nothing.

Carlo Cabrera: Julius knew that he could not achieve his objectives alone, so he gathered a group of nazi followers via Internet forums, so that they could help him in moments like these. He sent all of them pictures of both Arlo and William so that he could find and proceed with his studies. Both kids were wandering around the train station, but what they did not know was that they were being followed by a group of armed nazi followers.

Alexa C.: The two boys heard the roaring engines of the approaching train. They hadn't found a way to leave the station, so their only choice was to get on despite the uncertainty of where it would take them. It was empty, and only a few of the pale, empty-eyed people entered along with them. The inside of the train was spotless, and they noticed that the passengers' appearance was clean, elegant and simple, harmonizing with their surroundings.

Everything around them was desaturated and lifeless, even the sky seemed like that of an old picture. So the two armed men that entered the train in their black, white and red uniforms stood out to them immediately. Arlo grabbed William by his hand and started rushing towards the door, which closed right as he was taking his first step out, trapping his leg in it's painful hold.

Stefan Costea: Then, suddenly the train started moving and Arlo was still stuck in the train door. The train was rapidly approaching a tunnel which meant Arlo had to get out fast from that situation. Those creepy men on the train finally did their first move and, in a rush, jumped all at once over William and started choking and beating the hell out him until he fainted in terrible pain. Arlo was even more scared now, he wasn't able to do anything for William, and the train was a few seconds apart from crushing his head with the tunnel.

Ariana Espada: He started pulling from his leg with such insane desperation that, with the help of the door, his leg was cut off. As a result, he fell out of the train,  gushing blood and rolling into the asphalt. Arlo hoped that William might have woken up this time, but the fact that he didn't and was in tremendous suffering, intrigued him, as he should have woken up unless he was really dead. A few seconds after that, he fainted as well.

José : Arlo did not wake up again, he looked like he had his leg cut off. His death was a complete mystery, even from William, who fortunately, had woken up but with a lot of injuries all around his body. He was in shock and he did not have a clue on what had happened.

Hugo: After several days, William wasn’t the same, he started behaving so strange and feeling very bad. His friend/lover was dead, he did not know how and why, but he felt guilty about it.

William tried to avoid being more with the psychologist, he knew they were experimenting with Arlo and him, and if Arlo died, something similar could happened to him. He started looking information about the project SS but as he expected, he did not find anything at all, it was going to be difficult to discover in what was he involved.

Pablo: As he hadn't found much about the project SS, he searched information on his psychologist.

He found that Julius was the general of Hitler's army, so he thought that he was probably hiding something that the world might not know. By this time William was already 19. He found the old operation base in Germany, where the psychologist used to work, and decided to go there to continue investigating this dark and problematic secret.

Isabel: Some years later William became part of the CIA, due to his obsession on ending with the person who had taken away the love of his life, Arlo. As years passed by he was getting closer to his objective. When he was 24 he had already found Julius secret, which hadn't been much hard, the difficult part was proving it, in order to uncover the truth about nacism. After years of preparation, he and his investigation team had set the perfect plan to catch the fake psychologist red handed. It was the last effort, the reward for so many years of work was about to appear and he was going to get it, for Arlo.

Sofía: William was extremely happy as he had a perfect plan and everything was going as it should. They had no risk, everything was minutely studied by him and other specialists to avoid any failure. Julius was going to be discovered at once.

The plan went right and they had Julius under arrest. It was William’s moment. He was extremely happy but he was also nervous, he had to interrogate Julius and try to make him confess as the ultimate evidence. He entered the room thinking in Arlo. He promised himself that he would avenge the death of his beloved.

Moe: Once he entered the room Julius started laughing as hard as he could. William got angry and started shouting at him "why did you killed Arlo?? Why???" Julius looked at him with a smile but didn't say anything. One of Williams mate entered the room and tried to calm him down and remind him they were there to uncover the truth of nacism.

After William calmed down he asked him "why did you make an experiment with me?". The answered shocked him. He couldn't imagine what he just heard.

Pedro: You are not who you think you are, you are an experiment to preserves Hitler’s soul, Arlo was created to preserve his wife’s soul, so that you would not suspect. William was shocked, he had become the very thing he had sworn to destroy. He beat up Julius in a severe way, causing an internal hemorrhage and his eventual death. William started crying, alone, like he always was, until he appeared.

Roxana:It was Aro that entered the room,he was alive all this years , he just got stuck in the other universe, it wasn't easy for him to figure out how to get out from there ,he spent all those years learning about the ability he had . What happened is that when he got stuck Julius replaced the body with a dead one so , everyone would think that he was dead and Julius took for granted that he wouldn't be able to come back.

But was late for this love story , because when Aro  entered the room the police also did , they were arresting William for the murder of Julius. Would Arlo let him be separated from william after all?

Ana Pérez: Unfortunately life isn't a Disney movie at all. And justice is not always fair. Arlo knew he couldn't do anything, William killed Julius. He had to pay for it, and Arlo wasn't about to stop it. Arlo wanted to start over, he was finally admitting his true essence. He was a woman. He felt as it. He, well, she, had always wanted to study design and fashion. It was her opportunity to live her own life, not Hitler's nor his wife, just hers.

Sometimes life hits you violently with something unexpected, weird or unbelievable. But standing up and continuing this path called life, is what makes up our true essence, what makes us be who we are.
